At Hillsmeade Primary School we offer a personalised learning approach to ensure that the individual learning needs of every student are met.
We encourage child-centred learning through developmental curriculum, individual investigations and enquiry learning.
Prospective Parents are welcome to attend a tour of the school — please contact the Main Office to arrange a tour.
Our school has strong emphasis on the development of the Performing Arts across all year levels. Opportunities are provided for children to be involved in choirs, bands and instrumental music.
Sports & Adventure
In addition to weekly physical education lessons in our full-sized gymnasium, children have the opportunity to be involved in a range of other sporting programs including athletics, cross country, swimming, summer and winter sporting programs as well as lunchtime activities.
Our innovative computer and media programs continue to be enhanced and developed to provide children access to a 21st century learning environment.
Children in Years two, four and six attend adventure camps throughout the year where they learn and challenge themselves in a fun and relaxed environment. Year one children participate in a sleepover at the school.
