- 500 Wholemeal Flour
- 500 Desicated coconut
- 1 Grated carrot
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Pinch of salt
- water
Mix all the ingredients together until it forms a dough. The dough should be like play-dough consistency, not sticky. Shape the dough into balls, then flatten the dough ball with your hands into a thick disc. After, cook the rotis in medium-high heat. Once hot, cook on both sides until you get them well browned.
