Equipment

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Frying pan

Ingredients
  

  • 500 Wholemeal Flour
  • 500 Desicated coconut
  • 1 Grated carrot
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • water

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together until it forms a dough.
    The dough should be like play-dough consistency, not sticky.
    Shape the dough into balls, then flatten the dough ball with your hands into a thick disc.
    After, cook the rotis in medium-high heat.
    Once hot, cook on both sides until you get them well browned.
