Instructions
125 grams of butter, soften
3/4 cup (165 grams) brown sugar
2 Australian free range eggs
2 medium overripe bananas, mashed
2 cups (300 grams) self raising flour
1/2 cup (120 grams) sour cream
Passion fruit pulp, to drizzle
Passion fruit icing ingredients:
500 grams cream cheese, softened
100 grams butter, softened
1 cup (160 grams) icing sugar
2 tablespoons of passion fruit pulp
